Enforcement of SPC Business Ethics of Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency

Sumber Petroleum Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd. (SPC) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and accountability in all our business activities and operations.

SPC has a ZERO-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery by, or of, its employees or any persons or companies acting for or on behalf of SPC. The Policy applies through SPC and reflects our commitment to fight any corrupt and unethical practices while conducting business in the jurisdictions where we operate.

In light of this, we kindly request your adherence to our policies by refraining from accepting any gratuities, gifts, favors, forms of entertainment, loans, or items of value from external parties. Should such a situation arise unavoidably, we ask that you promptly disclose any received gifts to the Human Resources department.

Your kind cooperation is of utmost importance in the effective enforcement of these very crucial aspects of our corporate culture. We wish to highlight that any non-compliance with our Business Ethics may result in termination of services and withholding of all payment due, as well as disciplinary and legal action being taken against our staff and suppliers respectively, which include reporting the matter to Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the Police.
