H1 Synthetic Food Grade Hydraulic Oil & Multipurpose Lubricating Oil

HalaLube® H1S 22 is an ISO VG 22 high performance hydraulic oil based on poly-alpha-olefins (PAO) and utilises the latest available additive technology providing high anti-wear and extreme pressure performance required in hydraulic systems for the food & beverage processing, edible oil, feeds and pharmaceutical industries.

HalaLube® H1S 22 meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and is H1-registered for processes where incidental food contact can occur. All HalaLube® H1-registered products are manufactured according to ISO 21469:2006 which supports producers’ HACCP and GMP programs. HalaLube® H1-lubricants do not contain ingredients of animal origin or genetically modified products and are HALAL certified.

APPLICATIONS: HalaLube® H1S 22 is designed for:

• Hydraulic and Circulating Systems
• Bearings and gears operate at extreme low temperatures (spiral freezer)
• Low temperature conveyor chains

SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE:
-55°C to 140°C
 

COMPATIBILITY: HalaLube® H1S 22 is compatible with mineral oil and commonly used seals, gaskets, hoses and paints. There are no special requirements when replacing other mineral or PAO-based lubricants.
Flushing is recommended to remove remaining residues.
