H1 Food Grade Air Compressor Oil
HalaLube® KFM 46 is an ISO VG 46 air compressor oil utilises latest available additive technology providing outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation required in rotary-vane and piston reciprocating air compressors, high speed blower and oil-lubricated pumps in the food & beverage processing, feeds, pharmaceutical, paper and personal care industries.
HalaLube® KFM 46 meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and is H1-registered for processes where incidental food contact can occur. HalaLube® H1-lubricants do not contain ingredients of animal origin, genetically modified products or allergens.
APPLICATIONS: HalaLube® KFM 46 is recommended for:
- Rotary screw & some rotary vane air compressors,
- High speed blowers and pumps
- Oil Change Interval: 2000 hours under normal operating condition.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE:

COMPATIBILITY: Halalube® KFM 46 is compatible with commonly used seals, gaskets, hoses and paints. There are no special requirements when replacing other mineral-based lubricants. Flushing is recommended to remove remaining residues.
