HalaLube® G4S 460
Synthetic H1 Food Grade Gear Oil
HalaLube® G4S 460 is a synthetic ISO VG 460 high performance gear lubricant based poly-alkylene-glycols (PAG) and utilises latest available additive technology providing outstanding load-carrying properties required in gear systems for the food & beverage processing, edible oil, feeds, paper, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. It is suitable for systems which require excess water separation.
APPLICATIONS: HalaLube® G4S 460 is recommended for:
- Worm gears
- High temperatures, heavily loaded gears
- Gearing for conveyors
- Agitators and mixers
- Extruders
- Pulpers
- Presses
- Non-gear applications, e.g. highly loaded bearings, shaft couplings, etc.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE:
-30 °C to 200°C
COMPATIBILITY: HalaLube® G4S 460 is NOT compatible with mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbon. Also, it may not be compatible to other PAG. Flush system or carryout compatibility test before change. It also has tendency to dissolve single component paints. For compatibility with seals, gaskets and hoses, we recommend to check with materials suppliers for compatibility.
