DESCRIPTION
LUBRICUS® HTC 150E is a premium-tier, fully formulated ester-based synthetic lubricant engineered specifically for high-performance chain applications. Utilizing an advanced ashless additive system, it provides a sophisticated balance of wear protection and corrosion resistance while maintaining exceptional cleanliness in extreme thermal environments.

- Minimal Carbon Formation: The high-purity ester base is engineered for extremely low carbon residue at high temperatures, preventing the buildup of hard deposits.
- Varnish Control: Formulated to limit and solubilize varnish, ensuring that chain components remain free-moving and functional even after prolonged exposure to heat.
- Ashless Chemistry: The ashless formulation ensures that no metallic residues are left behind, reducing abrasive wear and the need for frequent manual cleaning.
Operating Parameters & Guidelines
Serviceable Temperature Range: -20°C to 200°C.
High-Heat Monitoring: For operating environments exceeding 180°C, users should actively monitor the chain condition and adjust re-lubrication intervals accordingly to maintain an optimal lubricating film.
Compatibility Precaution: Do not mix Lubricus® HTC 150E with conventional mineral oils. Intermixing will compromise the fluid’s thermal stability and performance at high temperatures.
Applications & Method of Use
This lubricant is designed for critical industrial equipment, including oven chains, textile stenters, high-temperature conveyors, and press applications.
